Karlo heads Colliers International’s Research and Advisory team in Myanmar.

As well as producing major property reports, Karlo is responsible for the various advisory and consultancy requirements of both local and foreign clients. These include, amongst other things, a Feasibility Study for a 23-storey Condominium Project in Yangon City; Market Study & Management Plan for a 60-acre plot in Mingalar Taung Nyut, Yangon City; and a Development Critique and Recommendation for a 46 acre Mixed-use development in Mandalay.

Karlo’s expertise lies in feasibility studies, highest and best-use studies, development recommendation and critique, statistical forecast, competitor and industry scans, consumer insight analysis and development conceptualization, and project marketing assessments.
