JoAnn has been leading Savills Korea’s Research and Consultancy division since 2004 covering not only the office market, but the rapidly developing hospitality, retail and logistic markets as well.

Since 2009, she has initiated overseas reserach and consultation projects to meet the diversifying client needs on overseas investments and developments.

With her well established knowledge and insight of the real estate market in Korea, JoAnn has overseen research and consultancy projects for major Korean clients such as Korea National Pension Services, Seoul Metropolitan Government and Ministry of Finance & Economy. Lotte, Kolon and Samsung  as well as for international clients including ADIA, Invesco, GIC, M&G, MGPA, Prudential, DewAM, CBRE GI, Blackstone, and AIG.

• Korea National Pension Service: Market study for their investments in Korea since 2005 and overseas since 2009
• Invesco: Market due diligence report of Bundang & Pangyo market/ M-Plaza valuation
• Samsung Life Insurance: Disposition of a prime office building in Beijing ,China
• Lotte China: 2,300 units of residential sales & marketing strategy for their mixed use development in Shenyang, China (total GFA of 1.5million sqm)
