Denis Ma - JLL Hong Kong

Denis Ma is the Head of Research, Hong Kong. He leads a team of researchers providing in-depth intelligence of the Hong Kong real estate market. Denis has worked on a variety of research publications and consultancy assignments across China and the broader Asia Pacific region. As a designated spokesman for the firm, he is a regular commentator on the Hong Kong and Greater China property sector at investor conferences, in print, and on television. 

Experience
Denis joined JLL in 2005. His position with the Firm builds upon his previous experience working within government, academic and private sector institutions and on large-scale infrastructure projects in Australia and the United States. 

Education
Denis received a Bachelor of Surveying (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He also holds a Master of Applied Science from RMIT University, Australia.
