David is JLL's Global Capital Markets Research Director, based in Singapore. Working with 300 researchers globally, he ensures that the Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets, Corporate Finance and ICG teams are equipped with high value analysis of commercial real estate markets. David's role consists of establishing performance metrics for research outputs and ensuring our research teams maintain these standards. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, David was Director of Research in Australia for DTZ before then expanding to cover the Asia Pacific region. He started his career in the UK with Investment Property Databank (IPD), where he analysed the real estate portfolios of some UK’s largest private sector pension funds. He then moved to the public sector, focussing on attracting foreign direct investment into Wales.
