Colliers has strengthened its Capital Markets & Investment Services team in Hong Kong with the appointment of Raymond Ho as Executive Director and James Wong as Senior Director, says Thomas Chak, Colliers Head of Capital Markets & Investment Services.
Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers has announced two strategic new hires to bolster its Capital Markets & Investment Services team in Hong Kong.
Raymond Ho has been appointed as Executive Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services, and James Wong as Senior Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services.
“Raymond and James bring with them to Colliers a strong track record of transacting prime luxury residential sites in the Peak, Shouson Hill, Repulse Bay and South Bay areas with developers, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors,” Thomas Chak, Colliers Head of Capital Markets & Investment Services in Hong Kong, said.

In their new roles, Mr Ho and Mr Wong will tasked with providing advisory services on investment acquisition and divestment strategy, debt advisory & sales, strategic asset allocation consultancy and M&A advisory in relation to luxury residential properties in particular.
