Futuristic Chinese developer snaps up 363 hectares in outer Melbourne
With plans to build 'Forest City' on four man-made islands between Singapore and Malaysia, Country Garden's Australian arm has acquired a parcel of land in the outer suburbs of Melbourne, and plans to build 4,000 homes.
