Ascott Residence Trust is the first hospitality Trust in Singapore to secure a green loan
Ascott Residence Trust (ART) has obtained a S$50 million five-year green loan from DBS Bank Ltd (DBS), making ART the first hospitality trust in Singapore to secure a green loan.
