Final release of units is now available, with two full show suites available for viewing from December onward
Skye Niseko is the first privately owned condominium-hotel located within the breathtaking Hokkaido National Park in Japan. A unique location elevated above the village of Hirafu forms the foundation of the exclusive Skye Niseko experience and provides skiers with direct ski-in/ski-out access to all major lift systems in scenic Grand Hirafu.

Niseko Realty's Craig Meikle told SCHWARTZWILLIAMS that "we are pleased to report construction is progressing on-schedule, with framing on both the forward tower (Yotei Building) and backside towers (Annupuri Building) now completed."
The developers now have a great understanding of views from all apartments, with "stunning views from all floors, as expected". The immediate slope side location will provide the ultimate in ski-in / ski-out convenience. "A lot of people are recognising the uniqueness of the site, where they have night skiing until 9pm," said Craig.
The final release of units is now available.
In addition to completion of framing, the developers plan to complete two full show suites, available for viewing from December onward.
