Most people associate Sanur with being a sleepy little seaside place, popular amongst older Dutch tourists, which it is really. But that doesn't mean it closes down at 7pm and there's nothing to do. If you haven't paid Sanur a visit yet, you should because it's certainly worth considering as a place to live or use as a base for a holiday.

Sanur sits on the east cost on the other side of the island to Seminyak and Canggu on the main ByPass that connects to Ngurah Rai International Airport and Nusa Dua to the south and to Ubud, Gianyar and Candi Dasa to the north and the east. And that means getting to and from Sanur is relatively painless. After the chaos of Canggu's roads, Sanur takes you back to a time when life was much simpler and way slower. That means less traffic most of the time, at least when giant dragon kites aren't competing in the annual kite festival in July and August.

This freehold villa is about 5 minutes away from Sanur's beaches on the opposite side of the main dual carriageway. It sits on 1,132 square meters of land in spacious manicured gardens with a 10 meter swimming pool and plenty of parking space for cars and motorcycles. It's an ideal place to entertain and perfect for families. 

There are four luxurious bedrooms (each with ensuite bathrooms) an open living and dining area, a pantry, kitchen, fitness room, a massage and spa area, private meeting room and a dedicated area for back of house, which is important because the villa comes with a butler, private cook, housekeeping and a live in house maid.
