Harcourts Seven Stones Bali offering 500-metres of HGB beach front development site, sunset views and a private white sand beach in Pecatu.
There are real advantages to buying land and developing a commercial enterprise in an area of outstanding natural beauty that's located so close to so many already established luxury facilities and enjoys stunning sunsets.
Gapura Bali reported on some of the reasons why so many millionaires, celebrities and of course, surfers were attracted to this part of southern Bali, more commonly and generally known as The Bukit, suggesting some of the world's most renowned surf breaks with exotic and mysterious names like Padang-Padang and The Impossibles together with secret white sand beaches hidden by steep cliff faces had something to do with it.

But another major factor is price and value. "Land prices are not the eye-watering equivalent of Kuta or even parts of Seminyak and Canggu with freehold prices ranging from IDR 500-million per are (100-square meters) with sea views to IDR 1.5-billion per are for cliff front," report Gapura Bali
This plot of land measuring 42,000-square metres with 500-metres of cliff frontage, as well as access to a private white sand beach, is proof of that.
The land is being offered under an HGB title, which is an acronym for Hak Guna Bangunan - the Right to Build. It is the most applicable title for foreigners interested in investing in commercial ventures and has recently been reviewed by the Minister of Agrarian Affairs to makes this process even easier.
A more strategic location would be hard to find in this part of the Bukit in southern Bali as it sits between El Kabron Cliff Club, one of the Bukit's most popular Day Clubs and dining destinations and the New Kuta Golf Course, Hotel and Resort and Residences on Dreamland Beach.

Lisa Comsatun from Harcourts Seven Stones told WILLIAMS MEDIA "this land has great access. Electricity, water and permits are all in place. And there's also a full Master Planning, Benchmarking Feasibility and Development Strategy Recommendation Report for a proposed upscale resort, beach club and branded residences from HVS, who are the world's leading hospitality intelligence business."
