What demand are you seeing coming out of Asia for the Cairns market?

Asian investors have now started to look at Cairns. Nova City is going to be developed by a Singaporean developer who is now developing some projects in Melbourne and Brisbane.

This project, Nova City will be the iconic estate as it will be turning into a new city within the city with a combination of residential, shops and serviced apartments.

Why are these investors so motivated to consider investing in Nova City or Cairns?

Nova City will be a new city within the city of Cairns.  It will set up a new skyline of modern buildings with residential units, shops and service apartments.

Cairns has been neglected and treated as more of a retirement location but now it is going to make a good change.  Businesses are now really starting to move towards Cairns.

Also the lifestyle is definitely more relaxing and better in Cairns. Nova City will become a new hub in Cairns.  It will make Cairns a more vibrant city in years to come.
