"The building is set to deliver an additional 23,628 sq m of office space supplied in Jakarta in 2020" says Colliers International Indonesia
A moderate amount of office supplies is expected to become available up until 2023. This would help the office market catch up in balancing supply and demand. As of Q2 2019, total office space in Jakarta reached 10 million sq m, and occupancy level is considered stable by H1 2019 at 83%. Located in Jalan Kapten Tendean, South Jakarta, M-Ten office building will add to the available supply (23,628-sq m office space and 3,142-sq m retail space) in 2020.
