About 4,500 prospective buyers visited the showflat of ELTA (逸泰 • 雅居), a highly anticipated new residential development at Clementi, during its first preview weekend from 7 to 9 February 2025.
Located along Clementi Avenue 1, ELTA features 501 units across two 39-storey towers, offering residents expansive views of the city, Pandan Reservoir and the sea.
Jointly developed by MCL Land – the Singapore-based development arm of Hongkong Land – and CSC Land Group, a subsidiary of China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co (CCDC), the 99-year leasehold project comprises a mix of one-bedroom + study to five-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 506 sq ft to 1,776 sq ft.
Indicative prices start from $1,158,000 for a one-bedroom + study unit (506 sq ft), $1,388,000 for a two-bedroom (614 sq ft), $2,198,000 for a three-bedroom (926 sq ft), $2,798,000 for a four-bedroom (1,184 sq ft), and $3,888,000 for a five-bedroom (1,776 sq ft).
