International real estate firm Savills has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of No. 318 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai ("The Property"). The Property has a total gross area of approximately 128,656 square feet and a site area of approximately 7,651 square feet. It is being sold with naming right. The Expression of Interest closing date is scheduled for noon on 18 March, 2025 (Tuesday).
