JLL today announced it has been appointed by the owner as the auctioneer for the sale of the property at 133 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong by public auction.
The public auction will be held at the JLL office, 7/F One Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, at 11:00 am on 4 September 2024 (Wednesday).
