We are seeing more bespoke purchases, with people looking for something more specific. Rather than just an apartment in a certain city, they have more requirements and are a lot choosier. They are looking for a connection with the place they are buying, where they may have visited, studied, lived, or have family members. Also, buyers are back to visiting the project / property before making a purchase, which is easier now that borders are open. We are also seeing more yield seeking investors.
