Amber International Holdings (Amber) is pleased to announce the launch of its Hospitality Management service offering. Following the successful launch and operation of its first project as a developer, Amber Kampot, Amber is launching a hotel management service offering targeted at small luxury hotels in Asia. Led by Adi Jaya, former GM with Alila and Aman, Amber Hospitality Management offers a flexible outlook and relationship driven approach to owners in the region.
Amber Hospitality Management (AHM) works closely with owners to develop a bespoke operations plan for each property. This approach is backed by flexible performance-based fee structures that focus on the alignment of interest between owner and operator.
AHM continuously pursues growth opportunities for its clients, whether under a management agreement or when engaged in consultancy for pre-opening and operational improvement. This includes assisting the hotel owners to assemble a dedicated team of talents specializing in hospitality, reviewing and providing a comprehensive marketing and promotions plan, helping the owners with short and long-term budgeting and monitoring the performance of the business.
The Amber Hospitality Management team has extensive experience with renowned luxury brands like Aman Resorts and Four Seasons. Amber Hospitality Management’s Managing Director, Adi Jaya, has more than 20 years of experience in international luxury lifestyle hotel/resorts, and has personally launched operations at 14 properties in 7 different countries.
“Successful boutique hotels depend on providing exceptional guest experiences and highly personalized interactions. At AHM we streamline organizations, procedures, daily operations, staff workflows, and communication allowing us to elevate guest services and free staff to focus on crafting those exact experiences guests crave. This is the core of how AHM enhances our managed properties, attracts more guests and creates opportunities for expansion". -Adi Jaya, Managing Director AHM

As a hospitality developer and owner as well as operator, Amber understands the concerns of owner’s better than a purely service oriented operators. We believe hotel operations work best when the owner and operator work in partnership with carefully aligned interests. With this in mind, Amber will selectively partner with owners and will consider equity contributions and co-development in some cases.
