In one of the most significant commercial leasing transactions concluded in Yangon, a major European Delegation has leased 1,895 sqm in the prestigious Kantharyar Centre, on a long term lease. The deal was negotiated by Slade Property Services represented by Agency Director Fred Hassim and Business Development Manager Hla Ohnmar Soe.

The development comprises a high-quality office tower, a 5* Hotel by Wyndham Grand, a serviced apartment building and a lifestyle retail podium. Other major tenants in the development include KPMG, Samsung, City Mart Holdings, DHL, EDOTCO and China Unicom and Power China with a number of other MNCs in the process of finalising lease negotiations in the coming weeks.
