New Zealand's latest skyline masterpiece, The Pacifica, boasts a two-level luxury $35 million super-penthouse.
With construction set to complete in 2020, The Pacifica is set to be one of New Zealand's tallest buildings at 178 metres high, it will also house New Zealand's "largest and most expensive" penthouse.

Spread across levels 53 and 54, the penthouse's combined area will be approximately 1,188 square metres.

Leading architect Jamin Atkins of Plus Architecture in partnership with developer Hengyi Pacific has created a unique design that features a glass façade which reflects the surrounding city and harbour as far as Great Barrier Island. The Maori Pikorua motif evident in the building's "twisted" exterior is another element of stunning design that in time will make The Pacifica an icon of Auckland's city skyline.
