The Leaf will put Nepal on the map as a luxury tourism destination.
Just 32 kilometres east of Kathmandu, Nagarkot has a reputation as the top spot for enjoying Himalayan views from the comfort of your balcony. With The Leaf development comes a new level of luxury to Nagarkot's resort offerings.
The Leaf is a luxury development that consists entirely of villas, and will be the first managed luxury villas in Nepal. With a focus on elegant hospitality, the project combines the best of nature and modern luxuries into an exquisite living experience giving residents access to world-class amenities in an unmatched tranquil environment; to be able to live in a most secluded environment yet have the best of services at your fingertips is truly the definition of luxury.
The Leaf offers 18 well-appointed villas by invitation. The Leaf will be managed and operated by Epi[K]urean Hotel and Lifestyle, a leading chain of resorts in South Asia. The project is a joint venture between Nepal businesses Golchha Group, Vishal Group and Prithivi Pande Group. Under the stewardship of these leading business groups and in partnership with Epi[K]urean Hotels and Lifestyle, this is a project destined to succeed.
Interested buyers can purchase one- or two-bedroom villas with full resort facilities on strata titles and lease back their villas to the operator to run as a resort. Villa owners get 30 days of luxury accommodation without any maintenance and immediate returns on investment. The 30 days of free owner usage is also transferable within any other affiliate resorts managed by Epi[K]urean Hotels and Lifestyle. The villas are professionally managed ensuring no maintenance hassle for owners.
Only by invitation, the project requires investors to initially invest in the villas that are to be built in Nagarkot. The investors will get the clear title to the property in the form of title deed (lal purja). The individual villas will then be leased back to the operator, and will be run as a resort for the next 20 years. The villa selection is strictly subject to availability because of the limited numbers remaining. Most of the villas from Phase 1 are sold with only seven remaining.
The price guide is US$500,000 to US$1,000,000.
