Enclave is a boutique development of only 69 apartments, located on a quiet, leafy street in vibrant East Perth
Enclave represents the best of Perth's shift towards the apartment lifestyle, being a boutique development of only 69 apartments with high-end, luxury finishes, superb views, and conveniently located in the heart of vibrant East Perth.
Paul Blackburne, founder and managing director of the developer Blackburne, told SCHWARTZWILLIAMS, "Enclave will introduce luxury, high-quality apartments to the East Perth area."
Convenient location
The apartments are located on a quiet, leafy street in the heart of East Perth, but have the conveniences of city living on their doorstep, says Blackburne.
East Perth has been targeted for massive infrastructure spending, says Blackburne, with major projects due for completion within the next two years.
“Billions of dollars' worth of key local infrastructure will be complete before Enclave is finished," said Blackburne, "including the new Footbridge, Perth Stadium, Point Fraser, Ku De Ta, and the six-star Crown Towers.”
The WACA Cricket Ground, Gloucester Park Raceway, Royal Perth Hospital, and Perth Arena are all also in the vicinity.
A "boutique project"
Enclave's architect, Hassell, says the project has been very much designed as a "boutique project".
Key features, such as the open-deck rooftop lounge with private dining areas and a fully-equipped gym with views of the city, put Enclave a notch above other developments in East Perth.
“Compare the features, and you’ll see that Enclave has a much higher quality specifications than other projects in the area," reports Hassell. Ceilings in the living areas are 2.7 metres high, glass doors are full height, and balconies are all generously sized.
Owner-occupier and investor appeal
Enclave apartments are likely to appeal to both owner occupiers and investors, says Blackburne.
The apartments are targeted "at a price point that is attractive to both owner-occupier and investors," he said, with anticipated strong capital growth and solid rental demand.
More than 70 percent of apartments have already been sold.
“With an outstanding sales result," says Blackburne, "we have been able to commence construction this month with renowned builders JAXON."
Settlement of Enclave apartments bought off the plan is not due for two years. Only a 10 per cent deposit is required up front.
Blackburne is a Perth-based property developer with over 40 years' experience.
