The apartments are located on a quiet, leafy street in the heart of East Perth, but have the conveniences of city living on their doorstep, says Blackburne.
East Perth has been targeted for massive infrastructure spending, says Blackburne, with major projects due for completion within the next two years.

Enclave's architect, Hassell, says the project has been very much designed as a "boutique project".
Key features, such as double-glazing throughout, the open-deck rooftop lounge with private dining areas, and a fully-equipped gym with views of the city, put Enclave a notch above other developments in East Perth.
“Compare the features, and you’ll see that Enclave has a much higher quality specifications than other projects in the area," reports Hassell. Ceilings in the living areas are 2.7 metres high, glass doors are full height, and balconies are all generously sized.

Enclave apartments are likely to appeal to both owner occupiers and investors, says Blackburne.
