JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced the appointment of David Green-Morgan as Senior Advisor, Capital Markets Research, Asia Pacific. The appointment is effective immediately, and he will report to Pamela Ambler, Head of Investor Intelligence and Strategy, Asia Pacific, JLL.

Based in Singapore, Green-Morgan will partner with JLL’s network of Research professionals, in both Asia Pacific and global. Core to his advisory role, he will be charged with using JLL’s regional network of Capital Markets operatives and data to analyse key trends around transaction volumes and investor return requirements.

“David’s diverse experience in Asia Pacific commercial real estate, deep understanding of global capital markets, and his ability to provide innovative data-based analysis to JLL’s Research platform will align us more closely with the future demands of investors in this maturing asset class,” said Ambler. 

Most recently, Green-Morgan was the global head of real asset research at MSCI. He managed research and operations for Real Capital Analytics in Asia Pacific, prior to its acquisition by MSCI in 2021. Across his career, which also included a prior stint at JLL, he has been based in London, San Francisco, Sydney and Singapore.
