CBRE announce the appointment of Kelvin Chan as the Executive Director, Head of Capital Advisors, CBRE Hong Kong, based in Hong Kong, reporting to Jonathan Chau, Executive Director, Head of Investment Property & Private Office, Capital Markets, CBRE Hong Kong and Greg Hyland, Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific, CBRE.
CBRE announce the appointment of Kelvin Chan as the Executive Director, Head of Capital Advisors, CBRE Hong Kong, with immediate effect.
Kelvin will be based in Hong Kong, reporting to Jonathan Chau, Executive Director, Head of Investment Property & Private Office, Capital Markets, CBRE Hong Kong and Greg Hyland, Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific, CBRE. He will focus on growing the investment advisory arm of CBRE, which focuses on capital raising, structured investments and M&A services. He was previously CBRE’s Head of Capital Markets, China.

Kelvin has more than 20 years’ commercial real estate transaction and real estate investment banking experience across Asia, specializing in investments, asset management, risk management, capital management, and funds management in China and across Asia. Prior to joining CBRE, he held several executive roles at PAG and Macquarie Group. He has led or provided strategic input into sourcing, structuring, negotiating, due diligence, debt financing, executing acquisitions, asset management, joint venture partner negotiations and management, and shareholder management.

He is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a Member of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
