Mr. Mark Ridley, Group & Global CEO, Mr. Raymond Lee, CEO of Greater China, and the Asia Pacific management team convened in Hong Kong last week for the board meeting to present the business development of the year and discuss future strategies.

In addition to participating in the meeting, the management team also met with various business teams and management trainees in Hong Kong and attended the annual Savills Hong Kong Annual Dinner 2023.

The annual dinner took place last week at the JW Marriott Hotel, with a theme of Hong Kong movie. Over 400 attendees, including management and colleagues from Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong, dressed up as various movie characters, transforming the venue into a star avenue, collectively celebrating the team's achievements over the past year in a vibrant atmosphere.

Raymond Lee, Chief Executive Officer, Greater China of Savills also delivered a speech, stated, "Despite the challenges in Hong Kong's economic market over the past year, thanks to the team's efforts and professionalism, the performance has successfully met the target. I would like to express my gratitude to Mark Ridley, the Group & Global CEO, and other Asia Pacific CEOs for coming to Hong Kong to support the team.”

The evening was filled with excitement and joy including the long service and performance awards presentation to appreciate who have dedicated themselves and performed outstandingly for the company over the years. Raymond Lee was also honoured with "The Savills Sales Legend Award" by Mark Ridley, in recognition of his 22 consecutive years as the top broker of Savills Hong Kong since 2002.

Moreover, the management of Savills transformed into iconic characters from different Hong Kong movies and filmed some movie scenes for the night, bringing laughter and joy to the colleagues. A singing competition was also held, allowing colleagues to showcase their vocal talents by singing various movie songs, creating a lively atmosphere. The dinner also featured a Best Costume award for individuals and groups, where colleagues displayed their creativity and competed for the highest votes. The highly anticipated lucky draw took place at the end of the event, with over 40 prizes and cash rewards given out throughout the evening.

The evening brought joy and memories to the colleagues and marked the beginning of a new chapter for the company in the upcoming year.
