CBRE Hong Kong welcomes Bernadette Lau to the Capital Markets team as Senior Director, with immediate effect.

With close to two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Bernadette is a highly respected broker among institutional clients, private equity real estate funds and family office investors. She has an impressive track record of disposal and acquisition advisory across all property sectors, including en-bloc and stratified commercial and industrial properties, redevelopment sites, retail shops, and more.

Bernadette started her real estate career with Colliers before moving to Savills. In the past 10 years, Bernadette closed ~HK$10 billion worth of transactions which included some of the most significant deals in the market.

She will be reporting to Reeves Yan, Head of Capital Markets, CBRE Hong Kong.

Bernadette holds a Master of Science in Real Estate, Double majored in General Practice Surveying & Real Estate Investment and Finance, from The University of Hong Kong. She also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
