Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) has appointed Mr Bastiaan van Beijsterveldt to Managing Director, Singapore, as part of its commitment and investment in building size and scale in the market. Bastiaan’s leadership appointment is effective immediately.

As Managing Director for Singapore, Mr van Beijsterveldt will be responsible for expanding the country’s major client relationships regionally and globally. He will play a key role in driving Colliers’ growth strategy to build scale in Singapore by connecting clients to Colliers experts across specialties to provide real value and exceptional results for our clients.

Mr van Beijsterveldt’s appointment is the latest example of a Colliers expert accelerating his career, moving from his previous position as Executive Director and Head of Occupier Services, Singapore.  He has been with Colliers since April 2019 and has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate leadership roles across key gateway cities in Asia Pacific, with a proven track record in transaction management, tenant representation, portfolio reviews and divestment analysis.

Mr van Beijsterveldt will be based in Singapore. This leadership appointment also follows the announcement of Chris Pilgrim as managing director for Colliers Asia Pacific Capital Markets team in November last year, to grow and expand the company’s global capital capabilities across multiple geographies and all real estate asset classes.
