The duo will be focused on sale of new launched properties in Klang Valley by various notable developers.

Lawrence is a qualified accountant (ACCA, MIA), Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He also obtained his LLB (Hons) from University of Northumbria. Having worked several years in the Big Four and thereafter in the financial advisory, he has vast experience dealing with investment portfolios and high net worth clients. His first venture into property started with high-end serviced residence in KL City, having sold more than 20 units within short period. Lawrence believes that the key to assisting clients make right investment decision is to have sufficient knowledge and information for clients to make informed decision. Lawrence is a graduate of the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia, currently a Probationary Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers, Malaysia. 

John holds a Mechatronics Engineering Degree from UCSI and started his career in Real Estate industry in 2015. He is also currently a Probationary Estate Agent, having successfully completed the real estate qualifying exams. John rapidly learnt the business of real estate and became a star performer in his earlier agencies. 

Lawrence and John has successfully completed property deals over RM100 million in value for property developers. 

In their new role with Reapfield Keller Williams, they aspire to bring their real estate advisory to new heights and assist developers in strategizing marketing and sales of upcoming property launches.
