Colliers appoints experts Steve Lam, Iris Lee and Sharon Hung to bolster its investment business with new luxury residential capability.
Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) has today announced a trio of appointments including Steve Lam as Senior Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services | Hong Kong, Iris Lee and Sharon Hung both as Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services | Hong Kong.
New luxury residential capability
As part of the Enterprise ’25 Growth Strategy, there have been a number of senior hires across the Colliers business as it targets significant diversified growth in Hong Kong. Today, Colliers is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Lam, an experienced investment specialist who will lead the formation of a new team focussing on luxury residential transactions. He has led multiple teams, over 30 years experience and brings unparalleled expertise and will report into Thomas Chak, Executive Director Capital Markets & Investment Services | Hong Kong.
Today, we can also announce the appointment of Iris Lee who joins Colliers from a competitor with her most recent success being a transaction worth HK$1.3 billion on Shouson Hill Road, and another deal with a private client for HK$850 million for a unit at Jardine’s Lookout. She brings an impressive track record and key relationships with local developers and mainland Chinese investors. In her new role, she will report into Steve and focus on the luxury residential market to drive market share and revenue in Hong Kong.
The third appointment in this three-person investment sub-team is Sharon Hung. A highly acclaimed individual with transaction value exceeding HK$11 billion covering development sites, luxury residential and commercial assets. As a chartered surveyor, she has accumulated extensive experience across land administration, valuation and feasibility studies, financial analysis, and development control.
