Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) has today announced the appointment of Andrew Lau as Director | ESG Advisory, Asia, effective immediately.

In a newly created role that bolsters the Valuation & Advisory Services business, Colliers now offers additional ESG advisory services including disclosure, portfolio greening, strategy, stakeholder engagement, sustainable investment, operations and scoring. Reporting into Hannah Jeong, Head of Valuation & Advisory Services | Hong Kong, he will provide expert guidance for occupiers, landlords, investors and developers on ESG, and how they can adopt Net Zero and holistic environmental solutions into their portfolio and operations.

Andrew is a Chartered Engineer, MHKIE, MCIBSE, WELL AP and LEED AP. He brings a wealth of ESG expertise from his previous assignments. In his most recent position as lead for Energy & Sustainability at a competitor, Andrew has advised on a diverse range of clients such as HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, Facebook, Dell and Cyberport to map sustainable solutions to their business objectives including Net Zero Emissions pathways.
