Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) today announced the appointment of Edmund Lee as Executive Director of Industrial Services | Singapore, and Thomas Wong as Head of Asset Management | Singapore, effective immediately.

Lee joins Colliers with more than two decades of real estate industry experience and has a core competency in the disposal of industrialists’ assets to REIT companies and Real Estate Private Equity funds. Reporting to Lynus Pook, Head of Industrial Services | Singapore, Lee will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, investing in client relationships and identifying potential clients that have the propensity to relocate or resize. He will also be responsible for executing strategic plans and marketing strategies for the division to accelerate the success of clients.

Also joining Colliers is Thomas Wong, who will be leading and developing the Asset Management team. Reporting to Stephen Bruce, Executive Director and Head of Real Estate Management Services | Singapore, he will be responsible for expanding the Asset Management business and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive exceptional results for our clients.

Wong is a veteran with more than 25 years of industry experience, having covered a wide range of responsibilities in Asset Management and exceeding targeted expectations. His experience saw him set up asset management business unit, conduct market studies and analysis of enterprise risks and work with a variety of stakeholders in the design and development of assets, amongst others.
