CBRE has announced two senior appointments to CBRE Industrial & Logistics in Singapore. Effective April 2022, Jasline Chua (蔡思勤) joins as Associate Director, Advisory & Transaction Services, Industrial & Logistics, and Lim Soon Lee (林顺利) as Director, Advisory & Transaction Services, Industrial & Logistics.

Ms. Chua and Mr. Lim will strengthen the team and boost CBRE’s capabilities in sales and leasing of industrial and logistics assets including warehouse and distribution centres, factories for manufacturing, business park/hi-tech space for R&D, and data centres for sale, lease or built-to-suit.

Ms. Chua, who has a background as a Leasing Manager at Ascendas and ESR. In these roles, she was responsible for tenant management across business parks, including light industrial and logistics assets.

Mr. Lim joins CBRE with a background as a Leasing Manager at Ascendas and LOGOS where he specialised in leasing of production and logistics space, completing in excess of 500,000 sq ft of leasing transactions in 2021.
