Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, today announced two senior appointments for its logistics and industrial services business in Asia Pacific. Dennis Yeo leads new regional practice group; Tim Foster joins as Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory.
Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, today announced two senior appointments for its logistics and industrial services business in Asia Pacific.
Dennis Yeo who is Head of Investor Services, Asia Pacific will take on the additional responsibility of leading the firm’s new regional practice group – E- Commerce, Logistics and Industrial. He will drive connectivity and collaboration within the team of over 140 industrial specialists across the region to capture business opportunities in supply chain networks, distribution centres, data centres, cold storage and warehouse facilities.
With close to three decades of experience in real estate, Dennis brings a highly valuable combination of professional expertise and leadership experience to the role, with deep insights and knowhow on the players and trends within the logistics and industrial sector. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, he was Managing Director, Industrial & Logistics, Asia at CBRE where he led the business to unprecedented record performance. He was also widely acknowledged for driving the growth of the industrial business during his 22-year tenure at Colliers Singapore.
Tim Foster is the new Head of Supply Chain Logistics Advisory (SCLA) for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. In this newly created role which reports to Dennis, Tim will be responsible for advising clients on supply chain network optimization, facility design, automation, inventory management, transport operations, 3PL outsourcing, labor utilization and digital technology. Together with Abraham Joseph (Director, SCLA Asia Pacific) and Rajesh Ramaswamy (Associate Director, Data Solutions – SCLA Asia Pacific), Tim will also enhance our data and analytics capability to better support clients in their supply chain efficiency, risks identification and demand predictions.
With over 20 years of experience delivering projects across multiple industries for some of the largest and most well-known Fortune 500 companies, Tim is a leading specialist in supply chain and logistics strategy, design, transformation and optimization. He has operated across diverse markets
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tim was with Chainalytics and Logiworx, a consulting firm that he co-founded.
