Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) announced that Anson Lim has been appointed as Senior Director, Valuation & Advisory Services | Singapore. Reporting into Joseph Yee, Executive Director, Valuation & Advisory Services | Singapore. 

Based in Singapore, Lim is tasked with leading the corporate valuation business domain, as well as overseeing land development, property tax consultancy, and state land matters. Lim brings with him more than 25 years of real estate industry experience, specialising in valuation, research, marketing and sales of residential projects, investment analysis, acquisition of lands for residential and mixed commercial/residential developments, as well as marketing and sales of residential projects.
