Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) today announced that Dorothy Chow has been appointed as Executive Director, Valuation & Advisory Services | Asia, effective immediately. Reporting into CK Lau, Managing Director, Valuation & Advisory Services | Asia. 

Based in Hong Kong SAR, Chow is responsible for enhancing the team’s performance, recruitment and the shaping of talent, as well as strengthening Colliers’ Valuation & Advisory Services business in Asia. Reporting into CK Lau, Managing Director, Valuation & Advisory Services | Asia, she will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive exceptional results for our clients to accelerate their success.

Chow is a real estate veteran with 23 years of experience, specialising in portfolio valuation, dispute resolution valuation and land development consultancy services. In her career, she has developed strong relationships with numerous developers, investors and institutional clients, and will continue to invest in relationships to deliver enduring value to Colliers’ clients.

Three new members have also joined Colliers’ Valuation & Advisory Services team in Asia, together with Chow. This is a testament to Colliers’ ability to attract industry talent to lead our industry into the future.
