Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) today announced that Patrick Gidney has been appointed as Senior Director Occupier Services  Singapore effective immediately. Based in Singapore Gidney is tasked with growing Colliers Occupier Services business in the local market. 

Reporting into June Chua, Executive Director and Head of Office Services, Occupier Services | Singapore, Gidney will collaborate and drive synergy with other stakeholders from the various service lines within Colliers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Gidney brings with him more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise in tenant representation. This includes lease acquisitions, renewals, lease restructures, disposals and flex space advisory. Prior to joining Colliers, Gidney worked for other global real estate consultancies and most recently an international flexible workspace provider.
