Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) today announced that Paul Chua has been appointed as Head of Capital Markets & Investment Services | Philippines, effective immediately.

Reporting into Richard Raymundo, Managing Director | Philippines, Chua will establish new relationships with leading multinational companies while strengthening Colliers’ existing client relationships, securing exclusive mandates, and driving transactions. 

His strong network of relationships and expertise will allow Colliers to further deliver success for clients, strengthen our position as an industry leader, and drive the growth of our business.

Chua was previously Head of Advisory for another International group in 2011, where he led market analysis and feasibility studies for leading real estate developers in the Philippines. He has extensive experience in strategic planning and business development, having worked in Ayala Land and Data Land. Most recently, he was with Aboitiz Land, where he identified potential partnerships and collaborations within the group, as well as explored outside opportunities for joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
