Nicholas Wilson joins Colliers as Director and Head of Investor & Developer Research Asia, Reporting into Andrew Haskins Executive Director Research Asia.
Based in Singapore, Wilson is tasked with leading research for the property investor and developer segments. Reporting into Andrew Haskins, Executive Director, Research | Asia, Wilson will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to produce strategic, rigorous and actionable research that reflects developments in multiple property sectors in Asia.
Wilson joins Colliers from JLL, where he was Director of Corporate Finance and led the firm’s research initiatives on debt and corporate finance across the Asia Pacific region. With 13 years of real estate experience, Wilson has extensive experience in driving thought leadership in real estate financing and debt market trends, M&A activity and private equity capital raising. Previously, Wilson was Head of Asia Pacific Capital Markets Research at JLL.
