Anshul Jain Managing Director and Head India & South East Asia Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Chris Carver Managing Director Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam in addition to his existing responsibilities as Head of Valuations, South East Asia.

Chris takes over from Alex Crane, whose contract with Cushman & Wakefield will come to an end on 16 April 2021. We thank Alex for his leadership and contributions and wish him the best in his future endeavours. 

Chris joined Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore in 2017, heading the valuation platform across South East Asia, which has experienced considerable growth during this term of leadership. Chris is very familiar with the Vietnam market, having worked closely with the Cushman & Wakefield business. He has over 20 years of experience within the real estate services industry specialising in Valuations, Consulting, Capital Markets and Property Technology. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he held senior positions in multiple markets across Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore and Sydney. 

Ben Gray, who currently heads the Capital Markets team in Vietnam will take on additional responsibilities as General Manager of our Vietnam business. Ben will support Chris in overseeing the ongoing operations of the company.
