Colliers International has reported that Thomas Chak has joined Colliers as Executive Director of Capital Markets and Investment Services (CMIS).
In a way, this is a homecoming for Thomas as he was with Colliers’ CMIS team between 2006 and 2010. With Thomas on-board, he will focus particularly on leading a team to service funds and institutional clients, and driving Colliers CMIS into the next phase of our growth.
"Being an award-winning industry specialist, Thomas is highly regarded in the industry amongst his peers and clients. He has over 18 years’ property investment experience and prior to joining Colliers, he was with Knight Frank as Senior Director of Capital Markets, where he completed transactions of over HK$7 billion. Throughout his career, he has facilitated a wide variety of major transactions in Hong Kong. Among his accomplishments, two signature deals included the sale of Arts Mansion on Mid-Levels West in 2012 and No. 8 Russell Street in 2015, with which he had won the 'Best Deal of the Year' Awards at RICS," says Colliers.
