As CBRE business matures in the Taiwan market, CBRE announced on Monday 20 May the establishment of Taiwan’s Valuation & Advisory Services business, and appoints Winston Shih as Director, and Jonson Lee as Associate Director of Taiwan’s Valuation & Advisory Services with immediate effect. This aims to enhance the company's business growth and advantageous service offerings in the Taiwan region.

Winston Shih brings over 10 years’ experience in real estate valuation and consulting fields. In addition to general real estate valuation, he also specializes in valuation and advisory cases with higher complexity, such as real estate investment development, urban renewal, real estate securitization, land re-zoning development, court litigation, and overseas real estate valuation and review. Mr. Shih can provide clients with the highest quality valuation and consulting services in a fair, objective and market-oriented manner. Mr. Shih is a certified real estate appraiser and real estate broker in Taiwan, and holds a master’s degree in Land Economics from National Chengchi University (Taiwan).
Jonson Lee has extensive experience in serving clients for financial services firms and developers. He has worked on local and regional projects including commercial property, residential, land, REITs, hotels, urban renewal and special types of valuations. Mr. Lee is highly specialized in real estate valuation, providing accurate and efficient valuation with professionalism. In addition to the traditional methods, he also specializes in quantitative and financial simulation analysis, providing accurate results to clients as reference for investment parameter setting, trading decisions or as a court litigation judgment. Mr. Lee is a certified real estate appraiser and real estate broker in Taiwan, and holds a master’s degree in Land Economics from National Chengchi University (Taiwan).
