Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, have announced the appointment of Dennis Yeo as Chief Executive for Singapore and South-East Asia.

Mr Yeo joins Cushman & Wakefield with close to 30 years' real estate experience. Previously, Yeo was the Managing Director, Industrial and Logistics, Asia at CBRE. Prior to this, he also worked at Colliers for 22 years across a number of roles including Country Head of Singapore and as an ExCo member of Colliers’ Asia leadership. He was also Head of Colliers’ Asia Capital Markets, Investment Services and Industrial Services.

Mr Yeo will oversee the firm’s corporate real estate services across Singapore and South-East Asia which include capital markets, tenant and landlord advisory services and valuations. He will also work closely with Jun Sochi, the Managing Director for C&W Services Singapore.
