Colliers International's Tokyo office appoints new Head of Valuation and Advisory and Senior Director of Project Management.
Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, has announced the appointment of Masahiro Fuse and Dick Olango to the Tokyo office as Head of Japan Valuation & Advisory Services (CIVAS), and Senior Director of Project Management, respectively.
Mr Fuse is responsible for delivering valuation, appraisal and advisory services for domestic and international clients through collaboration with all service lines in Japan and the CIVAS Asia team. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, of which 12 years in valuation & advisory, Mr Fuse has advised on a wide variety of transactions in Japan and overseas, totalling over USD$12 billion, on office, retail, logistics, hotels, golf course, and amusement assets. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a Director at CBRE Japan where he was responsible for business development and Head of Sourcing & Acquisition at ING Real Estate Investment Funds.

Effective as of June, Colliers Japan also appointed Dick Olango as Senior Director of Project Management.

Mr Olango brings over 14 years of experience in architecture, construction and project management, and possesses a strong track record working on office expansion, relocation and due diligence with some of the largest multinational clients in Japan including GSK, Amazon, Cisco, Ernst & Young and Caterpillar Japan. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a senior member of the project management team at CBRE Japan.
