Jeremy Kelly - JLL

Jeremy Kelly a Director within the Global Research Programme team at JLL, one of the world's largest real estate solutions providers. With 30 years of experience in real estate related market analysis and advisory work, Kelly has responsibility for several of JLL's flagship global research projects including 'Global Market Perspective' and 'Global Real Estate Transparency Index.'

Over the last 10 years, Kelly has played a pivotal role in developing JLL's Cities Research programme used to advise investors and corporates on their global strategies and expansion plans. He also advises city governments on issues relating to global city competitiveness, and in 2014 was appointed as international advisor for the Wuhan Municipality in China.
