Yokohama’s tallest condominium, with the highest number ever released in one building of apartments for sale in Japan by Mitsui Fudosan Residential.
You can live conveniently close to Yokohama’s waterfront district, in front of Bashamichi Station at Yokohama’s tallest condominium building. Over 60% of the apartments will go on sale this weekend, in what will be the highest number of apartments to have ever been released for sale in a building in the city. You can choose between the 730 apartments that will be available for purchase in the first round of sales starting from November 25. The building is the largest, based on apartment count of 1,176 apartments, to have been developed in the city since 1993.
The building will have retail on the first three floors, and 175 Oakwood Serviced Apartments on floors 46 - 51. You’ll be able to take advantage of the resident facilities including lounges, gym, guest suites, and the lovely rooftop terrace.
There are one, two and three bedroom apartments to choose from. Prices will vary between 45 and 800 million Yen (400,000 - 7.1 million USD), with an average price of around 1,200,000 Yen/sqm (995 USD/ sq ft). Or you could choose the most expensive apartment to go on sale in Kanagawa Prefecture to date, at 800 million Yen.
According to Mitsui Fudosan Residential "Advertising began back in late 2016, and since then the sales office has received 14,200 inquiries and over 3,600 visits to the show room. 54% of the show room bookings have been made by Yokohama residents. 80% of the interested buyers are aged in their 30’s - 50’s."
The building is due to be completed by late February 2020.
