Tram joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Manager working in the Research & Consultancy Department and is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Tram is skilled in providing creative solutions in the areas of Market Study and Development Recommendations. Her previous clients included corporations, developers, investors, governments and institutions.

Tram has more than ten years of experience in market study and development recommendations for many property projects in Vietnam. In particular, Tram is experienced in providing market study on all sectors in real estate market and writing development recommendations for some projects with hotel, retail, residential apartment and office components. She has also engaged in building financial models and analyzing the feasibility of real estate projects. Prior taking up her current position in Jones Lang LaSalle, Tram was an Analyst at Savills Vietnam and VietBridge Capital.
