OPUS HONG KONG is the fruit of collaboration between Swire and renowned architect Frank Gehry, as it is his first and only residential project in Asia and an iconic contribution to the Hong Kong skyline. 5/F has a saleable area of 5,154 square feet for sale by Savills Raymond Wan, Thomas See and Patricia Chan.
International real estate firm Savills has been appointed the sole agent by order of the Receiver for the tender sale of the unit on 5/F, Opus Hong Kong with two car parking spaces, situated on 53 Stubbs Road, Hong Kong ("the Property"). The open tender, to be closed at noon, 8 August 2023 (Tuesday) tentatively, will see the property sold on an "as is" basis with non-vacant possession.
Developed by Swire on a site long possessed by the company as a home for its executives, OPUS HONG KONG is the fruit of collaboration between Swire and renowned architect Frank Gehry, as it is his first and only residential project in Asia and an iconic contribution to the Hong Kong skyline. This instantly recognisable piece of architecture on The Peak twists to give each of its 12 luxury apartment units a unique floor plan and its own panoramic outlook of the urban skyline and Victoria Harbour from the flowing verandah known as "boat deck balconies".
The Property on 5/F has a saleable area of 5,154 square feet comprising five bedrooms, of which four are en-suites, a study room, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The open-plan design and a ceiling height of over 4 metres give a sumptuous feeling of spaciousness, while being the only unit of the entire floor ensures the highest level of privacy for the owner.
Perched against the lush green on a secluded spot on Stubbs Road, the Property overlooks the financial heart of Hong Kong as it is only 9 minutes of driving from the CBD and Soho in Central.
Mr. Raymond Wan, Chief Senior Director, Investment of Savills said, "OPUS is located in the prestigious Peak area of Hong Kong, surrounded by lush green hills and boasting panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. With no other projects obstructing the view, it stands out on its own. Each distinctive mansion is like a work of art, rare and highly sought after, and is sure to capture the attention of the market."
Mr. Thomas See, Senior Associate Director, Investment CEO Office of Savills commented, "Since its release on the market, OPUS has been fully purchased and collected by top-tier billionaires and has never been put up for sale. This property is extremely rare and boasts unparalleled advantages in terms of location, exterior design, landscape, quality, and more, making it incomparable to any other. Its value is extraordinary, making it easily one of the most precious residential properties in Asia.”
