Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, today announced that Damian Kells has been promoted to Head of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Asia Pacific, effective 1 May 2022.

As Head of IFM, Asia Pacific, Damian will report to Cameron and join the Global Occupier Services (GOS) Asia Pacific leadership team. He will be responsible for driving the vision of IFM to create an industry leading differentiated model and leverage global best practices to ensure exceptional service delivery for all clients. Based in Singapore, Damian will partner and align with the firm’s IFM leaders on a country and global basis and support the capabilities of the country-based IFM businesses to enhance the overall client experience and deliver a high and consistent level of service within the Asia Pacific region.
With over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management, Damian has managed diverse teams across Asia Pacific and worked closely with a broad range of both international and domestic clients. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, he held senior leadership positions with CBRE and JLL. Over the last three years, Damian has been a key contributor to GOS’ business growth, leading all operational aspects of the firm’s forward focused facilities and workplaces services program, and project management of complex commercial operations. Leveraging on his wide-ranging experience and extensive track record, Damian has also provided significant insights on occupier trends to ensure the firm is well-positioned to address both challenges and opportunities faced by clients in the region.
