CBRE is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Lam as Senior Director, Head of Property Management CBRE Hong Kong, with immediate effect.
In his capacity as Head of Property Management, Thomas brings more than 30 years of real estate operations experience to the company, where he will spearhead business development and ensure best-in-class delivery of client solutions and services.
Thomas’ extensive industry experience and track record of excellence in Property Management with renowned developers and investors in Hong Kong and leading international real estate services companies has cemented his outstanding reputation in the industry.
Prior to CBRE, Thomas was Senior Director and Board Director of a major international agency. During his tenure there, from 2014 to 2021, Thomas took on the role of Head of New Business Development Team and Senior Director, overseeing over 80 professionals who managed a mixed portfolio of assets and property management services for around 100 properties - including Grade-A commercial buildings, luxury residential properties, data centers and private recreational clubs. Thomas also worked for over 17 years with another international group.

Thomas holds a Master’s Degree of Business Administration from the University of Wales (MBA) and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
