Based in Milan, the Asia desk led by Ming Yuan will offer legal, fiscal and negotiation assistance for Asian investors looking to invest in luxury property throughout Italy.
Italy Sotheby’s International Realty has recently launched its Asia desk, a consultancy service dedicated to investors from Asia. Based in Milan, the desk will offer legal, fiscal and negotiation assistance for Asian investors looking to invest in luxury property throughout Italy.
The opening of the Asia desk is to deal with the growing demand from Asian investors for luxury properties in Italy and has resulted from an increasingly stronger link between Italy and Asia, which has grown exponentially over the years.
China, in particular, is increasingly present within Italy, from football to fashion. Since 2008, China has been involved in over 80 deals within Italy, with a combined value of over €31 billion, with the largest deal being worth over €7 billion.
Lodovico Pignatti Morano, managing partner of Italy Sotheby’s International Realty, told WILLIAMS MEDIA “Italy Sotheby’s International Realty markets the finest properties on sale all throughout Italy. The launch of the Asia desk is an exciting milestone for us, allowing us to better serve our friends in Asia and India, ensuring they receive the best advice and guidance to investing here in Italy.”
“Chinese investors are increasingly choosing Italy as a destination to buy property. The reasons range from cultural interests to the growing desire to live in Italy – due to the fashion, food and design as well as the possibility of obtaining a residential visa.”
The Asia Desk will be led by Ming Yuan and be open Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 7.pm. Phone or email Ming Yuan via the contact details below.
